Be funny. Be yourself. Do not exploit, threaten or dehumanize people. A joke, meme or paid plan is not an exception to these rules.
1. No pornography or sexual exploitation
No pornography, graphic sexual activity, sexual services, fetish entertainment or content primarily intended for sexual gratification, including links to those destinations. No sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, child sexual abuse material or nonconsensual intimate imagery, including synthetic or manipulated versions. Do not use age gates or redirects to bypass these rules. Non-graphic, legitimate health, educational or artistic discussion is not automatically prohibited, but must be presented appropriately and may be restricted after review.
2. No hateful conduct, threats or violent extremism
No content that promotes violence, dehumanization, exclusion or abusive discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another legally protected characteristic. No organizing, celebrating or facilitating hate-motivated violence; recruiting for violent extremist organizations; credible threats; targeted harassment; stalking or doxxing. Good-faith reporting, counterspeech, non-hateful satire and educational discussion are assessed in context. Calling content a joke does not excuse targeting or threats.
3. No scams, infringement or unlawful content
No phishing, malware, deceptive impersonation, stolen content, unlawful goods or services, fraud or instructions facilitating violence or exploitation. Respect copyright, privacy, publicity and trademark rights. Have permission to use the images, writing and media you provide. Do not falsely suggest that Wassup.bio endorses your page, product or message.
4. No shock content, harmful encouragement or deceptive accounts
Do not post graphic gore or gratuitous violence intended to shock, celebrate abuse or encourage real-world harm. Do not encourage suicide, self-injury or eating disorders. Supportive recovery discussions and factual reporting may be considered in context. Do not mass-create deceptive profiles, impersonate people or organizations, sell access to stolen accounts, manipulate traffic through spam, or use misleading usernames to suggest an affiliation you do not have.
5. Links are part of your content
These rules apply to a profile’s text, username, images, articles, videos, embedded content and linked destinations, including shortened URLs and redirect chains. Do not disguise prohibited destinations, switch destinations after review or evade an enforcement decision. A permitted platform domain does not make every video or page on that platform safe.
6. What happens after a violation
Violating links or content may be disabled or removed. For public publishing or accounts made available through Wassup.bio, violations may result in restrictions, suspension or permanent termination. Severe exploitation, threats, repeated violations or evasion may lead to immediate removal without a warning. We may preserve relevant information or make legally required reports. When lawful and practicable, we will give a reason and an opportunity to appeal. We do not promise immediate review, a particular outcome or constant monitoring.
7. Reporting and appeals
Use Report content to prepare an email to our operator. Include the exact Wassup.bio URL, the destination URL if relevant, the category of concern and a brief explanation. Do not attach illegal sexual material or sensitive information about a child; provide a URL instead. For an appeal, identify the restriction and explain why you believe it was mistaken. Do not submit knowingly false or retaliatory reports. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
8. Current moderation capabilities
The site currently offers a browser-local demo, not public creator accounts or a public content-upload service. The demo accepts only specific public video URL formats, but does not inspect video content. There is no automated pornography, hate-content or redirect scanner. Our published rules are not a claim that every destination is vetted or that harmful content is impossible. Public creator publishing will require server-side moderation and an operational report-review and appeals process before launch.
9. Copyright concerns
Report suspected copyright infringement using the contact below, identifying the work, exact location and your authority to report it. We will review notices and take appropriate action under applicable law. This page does not represent that a DMCA designated agent has been registered or that safe-harbor protection has been established.
