1. Who these Terms cover
These Terms of Use govern access to wassup.bio and the demo tools operated under the business name Intersocial (“Wassup.bio,” “we,” “us”). Please read them together with our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the demo tools. We request affirmative agreement before saving demo changes. Privacy choices are separate from agreement to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
The creator tools are for adults 18 or older who can enter into a contract. The site is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. A family-friendly content policy does not mean the site is designed for unsupervised use by children. Do not provide a child’s personal information or use our tools to contact, exploit or target children.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use Wassup.bio to create, display, distribute, promote or link to pornography or sexually explicit entertainment; child sexual abuse or exploitation; nonconsensual intimate images; content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence against protected groups; threats, violent extremism, harassment or doxxing; fraud, phishing, malware, infringement or other unlawful activity. The rules apply to images, videos, articles, profiles, usernames, direct links, shortened links, redirects and destination pages. You may not conceal a prohibited destination, evade restrictions or recreate a removed account.
4. Your content and permissions
You are responsible for your content, the rights to use it and the destinations you select. You retain ownership of your original content. You grant only the permissions needed to display and process content you intentionally submit for an available feature; this does not transfer ownership to us. Currently demo edits and uploaded demo images are stored locally, not published to other visitors or sent to a creator-content server. Choosing external media may cause your browser to request content from its provider.
5. Brand and intellectual property
The Wassup.bio name, original site design, text and original assets are owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms do not grant permission to use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement, impersonates us or infringes our rights. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Memes are not automatically exempt from copyright, privacy or publicity rights; use your own material or obtain the necessary rights.
6. Enforcement, removal and appeals
We may reject, restrict, disable or remove violating content or links. For any creator accounts or public publishing features we make available, violations may result in suspension or termination; severe violations or evasion may result in immediate permanent removal. We may act without advance notice where needed for safety, legal obligations or abuse prevention. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the restriction and allow an appeal using the contact below. Reinstatement is not guaranteed. Reports and review do not mean every link has been screened or is safe.
7. Demo limitations and future paid plans
Prices and limits shown are proposed offers, not a currently available paid service. No payment is taken. We will disclose billing, renewal, cancellation, refund rules and applicable taxes and request agreement before opening subscriptions. A plan never authorizes prohibited content. We do not promise automatic feed synchronization, automated moderation, uninterrupted availability or a particular outcome.
8. Third-party destinations and safety
External websites and media are controlled by their providers and can change. We do not endorse every destination and cannot guarantee a destination’s availability, accuracy, lawfulness or suitability. Use the report contact for suspected violations. Do not upload illegal material as evidence or use this site for emergency assistance.
9. Service disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the demo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement or error-free service. To that extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the demo. These provisions do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections or liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited.
10. Law, changes and general terms
California law governs to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections where you live. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent lawful. We may update the service or these Terms. We will post an updated effective date and seek renewed agreement to material changes where required. The current terms are not a promise that future features will launch.
