Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator

This policy explains how Intersocial, operating Wassup.bio, handles information through this website. It covers the current early demo, not hypothetical future account or payment features.

2. Information handled by the current website

• Connection and operational information: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes requests, IP addresses, browser or request information, timestamps, requested URLs and security events as needed to deliver, secure and diagnose the website. Worker logs and sampled traces are enabled. Do not put private information in URL query strings.
• Privacy choice: your device stores the categories you allow, the time and policy version for up to six months. We do not maintain a server-side consent profile in this demo.
• Optional saved demo content: if you enable “Remember my theme and demo edits,” your browser stores your theme, display name, bio, selected fonts/colors, video links and selected images in localStorage. This is not public creator publishing. If you decline, edits work during the current page session without our saving those edits across visits.
• Messages you choose to send: if you email us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you provide. The report link opens your email application; nothing is submitted automatically.

3. Purposes and applicable legal bases

We use operational information to provide the site, maintain security, troubleshoot and meet legal duties. Where a legal basis is required, these activities may rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, performance of a requested service, or legal obligations, as applicable. Optional device storage and loading external media rely on your permission. We use report and support correspondence to respond, investigate and address the issue. We do not use the demo to collect payment details, government identifiers, precise location or advertising profiles.

4. Cookies, localStorage and your choices

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies in the demo. Similar-technology rules also concern localStorage, so our privacy controls cover optional saved preferences and external media. Your consent choice itself is essential storage. Cloudflare may use security or delivery technologies as part of hosting. See the Cookie Policy for the storage inventory. Use Cookie settings to change your choice or Clear saved demo data to remove your locally saved theme and content.

5. Service providers and external content

Cloudflare hosts and secures the site. If you enable external media, Google Fonts receives requests for selected fonts; YouTube receives requests when a real YouTube player is opened; and a remote-image host receives requests for an image URL you choose. These requests disclose connection information such as IP address and browser information. Those providers may use their own cookies or storage under their own policies. Instagram and TikTok content currently opens on those platforms rather than automatically embedding their players. Following an outbound link leaves our site and is governed by that provider’s policies. Permission can be withdrawn for future loads, but cannot undo a request already sent.

6. Disclosure, sales and advertising

We disclose information only as needed to hosting and communications providers, for a lawful request or legal obligation, to address fraud or protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in this demo. No advertising tools are installed. A Global Privacy Control signal does not enable optional features and is consistent with our no-sale/no-advertising-sharing practice. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.

7. Retention and deletion

The privacy choice expires after six months. Optional local demo data remains until you clear it, withdraw permission for saved preferences, reset the demo or clear browser data. Browser storage may also be cleared by your browser. Operational logs and traces are retained according to the active Cloudflare service settings and limits; we do not promise a retention period different from those settings. We retain report and support correspondence only as needed for the issue, reasonable follow-up, abuse prevention or legal obligations. Ask us about retention or deletion using the contact below.

8. Rights and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, use an authorized agent, appeal a decision or complain to your privacy regulator. Contact us below; we may request information reasonably necessary to verify and handle a request. We will respond within the periods required by applicable law. Data stored only in your browser is controlled through that browser and our clear-data control; we cannot remotely access it to retrieve or delete it.

9. Children, security and international processing

The creator tools are for adults and the site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek children’s personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent us personal information may contact us for review and deletion where appropriate. We use HTTPS and hosting security measures, but no service is perfectly secure. Hosting and communications providers may process information in the United States or other countries; applicable safeguards and rights remain relevant.

10. Updates and contact

We will update this policy when practices change, including before account, billing, analytics or public publishing features introduce materially different processing. Material changes will receive the notice and choices required by law.
